Established in 1957, Jiangsu Feiyao Pump Group Plant/ Jiangsu Feiyao Pump Manufacture Co., Ltd (Its former body is Guoying Jingjiang Chemical Industry Pump& Valve General Plant) is the professional plant that is fixed to produce the pump and valve by former chemical industry department, moreover it is the member of China Pump Association and Jiangsu Valve Association and the fixed production company of pump and valve of China Chemical Industry Equipment General Company. In July, 2003, the company enters the top 500 of China Mechanism and the top 10 of China Pump Industry. In 2004, the company gains the prize of technical equipment prize of the large-scale fertilizer which is the significant scientific and technological achievements of the Chinese Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association of the "tenth Five-year Plan". The company is appraised as Jiangsu Star enterprise and enterprise of province in successive years and has gained prize of TQM of th e former agriculture department.
Presently main products that are produced by our company are: HJ series chemical flow pump, FCZ, FZA series petroleum chemical centrifugal pump, BH model melt urea pump, FCDL long-shaft underwater pump, FY model underwater pump, FLX, LYJA vertical and horizontal slurry pump, FJX forced-feed circulating pump, F-TL, F-TLL model desulphurization pump, ZM series slurry pump, GY series high temperature pump for liquid salts, ISR （ IS ） hot-water pump, SPP chemical circulating pump , LHY liquid sulfur pump, D, DF model multi-stage centrifugal pump , IHF, FSB fluoroplastics pump, WFB, ZXB series self–priming pump and various stainless steel valves.
The company now has 562 employees, including 15 with a senior technical title, 23 personnel of investigation and design and 159 with a middle technical title . At the beginning of 1980s, the company established the first company and university combo with Shanghai Jiao Tong University and has gained great development on the manufacture of new materials and founding of large products. And then the company establishes cooperative relationship with Shenyang graduate school of Science Academy of China , Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Pump Graduate School of Light Industry Department of Jiangsu University to base themselves on scientific research, face the market, struggle and tackle key problems cooperatively. Our company is charged with many national important items and produces more than 10000 sets of various chemical industry pumps. Having 6 sets of KGPS intermediate frequency furnace and 183 sets of metalworking cutting equipment, the company has a complete set of heat treatment equipment, acid cleaning and passivation equipment and check and measure of the products. The center is equipped with many checking means, such as test of water pump performance, X ray detection, metallic phase analysis, physics/chemistry test and molding sand test, and it is unit of National second class.
Presently the materials of the products are Ni-Hard alloy, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 304L, CW-2, 316L, 904L, CD4Mcu, J-1 alloy, Haynes C alloy, Haynes B alloy and Monel. Thereinto the CW2 gains the first prize of CAS for science and technology and golden prize of the 6th Exposition of China New Technology and New Products; the J-1 alloy gains the prize of rank 2 by national ministry of education for science and technology; the S series anti-corrosive and hard wearing alloy gains national patent and its patent number is ZL95112786.1 “the new model anti-corrosive and hard wearing stainless steel production technique”. The product is extensively used in the areas of petroleum, chemical industry, food, pharmacy, paper making, metallurgy, electric power, Auto production, spraying, steel, smelt metal and gas pipe sewage treatment.
